Zutaten: L-Glutamin.

Täglich bis zu 3 Portionen (zu je 5 g) mit je 200 ml Wasser:

An Trainingstagen ca. 30 Minuten vor dem Training, direkt nach dem Training sowie direkt vor dem Zubettgehen.
An trainingsfreien Tagen über den Tag verteilt, vorzugsweise morgens direkt nach dem Aufstehen und abends direkt vor dem Zubettgehen.

Zubereitung: Pro Portion 5 g Pulver (= 1 gestrichener Messlöffel) in 200 ml Wasser ohne Kohlensäure einrühren und sofort trinken.
